CEUBridge collects only the information necessary to provide RID-compliant continuing education services. This includes your name, email address, RID member number (if provided), workshop registration and completion records, reflection responses, and evaluation submissions. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), encrypted at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with secure session management. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that users can only access their own data, and sponsors can only access data within their tenant.

CEU completion records are retained for a minimum of 6 years to comply with RID continuing education audit requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. However, certain records required for RID compliance reporting cannot be deleted until the retention period expires.
