Privacy in plain language
CEUBridge is operated for Building Bridges Global, LLC sponsor services. This notice describes the current pilot, not planned future licensure or multi-sponsor products.
What we collect
Workshop requests may include presenter contact information, credentials, workshop content, learning objectives, and delivery details. Learner operations may include registration, attendance, evaluation, completion, and certificate evidence.
Why we use it
We use this information to review sponsorship requests, operate approved activities, maintain CEU evidence, respond to support needs, and protect the service.
Human authority and AI
AI may help organize or draft workshop information. It is not authorized to approve a presenter, publish a workshop, grant CEUs, or submit records to RID. Messages sent directly to the workshop assistant are processed by the configured AI provider; do not include sensitive personal information.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate CEUBridge, the sponsor team responsible for the activity, or an authority when required for an authorized CEU or legal process.
Retention and control
Records are retained only for active service needs and applicable sponsor recordkeeping obligations. You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete information, subject to records that must be preserved for an authorized CEU or legal obligation.
Security
We use access controls, tenant boundaries, audit records, and restricted service credentials. No system is risk-free; security concerns should be reported promptly.
