CEUBridge keeps the proposal, evidence, review state, and later participant records connected. A sponsor still evaluates the activity against current RID requirements and remains responsible for the decision.
Workshop scope

Learning design
Measurable objectives, agenda, activities, and evaluation plan
Presenter evidence
Credentials and experience relevant to the workshop content
Participant evidence
Attendance, participation, evaluation, and completion records
Sponsor decision
Named human reviewer, decision, date, notes, and supporting sources
What the pilot does not promise
No instant approval, automated RID portal submission, guaranteed classification, or nationwide licensure determination. Those capabilities require separate rules, authority, and production verification.
