By accessing or using CEUBridge (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
CEUBridge is a platform for managing RID-compliant continuing education units (CEUs) for sign language interpreters. The Service includes workshop management, participant registration, certificate generation, RID portal submission automation, and AI-assisted content tools. CEUBridge is operated by Building Bridges Global, LLC (RID Sponsor #2309) and engineered by HuVia Technologies.
As a user of CEUBridge, you agree to:
While CEUBridge automates RID compliance processes, the ultimate responsibility for compliance with RID Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) and Associate Continuing Education Tracking (ACET) requirements rests with the CEU sponsor and the individual interpreter. CEUBridge provides tools to facilitate compliance but does not guarantee RID approval of any workshop or activity.
The CEUBridge platform, including its code, design, logo, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Building Bridges Global, LLC. The bridge logo mark and “CEUBridge” name are protected trademarks. Workshop content, presenter materials, and participant submissions remain the property of their respective owners.
CEUBridge is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Building Bridges Global, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed RID deadlines, rejected submissions, or certificate disputes. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, you will retain access to your certificates and completion records. We will provide reasonable notice before termination except in cases of immediate harm to the platform or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
